Web and Interactive Graphics Developer

The Prison Agriculture lab seeks a highly skilled person or two person team to build a website featuring interactive data-driven graphics, using data from the lab’s research projects. In addition, the website will feature other aspects of the lab’s work, including but not limited to embedding maps created through our project work with the CSU Geospatial Centroid. The position requires 10 hours of work/week. Must be available for regular check-ins at some point Monday-Wednesday between 8am-3pm. Must be willing to work during spring semester and as necessary to complete the project into the summer.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Develop and design website for The Prison Agriculture Lab. • Create interactive data-driven graphics.

Required Qualifications: • Proficient in web design and development. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel. • Experience with WordPress management.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using GitHub (version control) • Familiar with Beaver Builder visual content editor or closely related system.

There will be one to two openings for this position. This position will pay $15.00 per hour.

Employment start date will be on or near April 26, 2021 and the position duration will depend on the time it takes to complete the project.
