Senior Psychologist/Stress Management Advisor, OSCE SMM in Ukraine

PAE-REACT is seeking US citizen candidates for nomination to the following seconded position at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine. The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) is seeking a Senior Psychologist/Stress Management Adviser (VNSMUS01186), a Middle Manager with a graduate degree in clinical psychology/psychiatry, licensed to provide counselling or psychotherapy; or equivalent degree with 2+ years of qualifying experience; and 6+ years of experience with 3+ years at management level, and 1+ years in international setting. Post requires: experience in Employees Assistance Programmes or Organizational Intervention, with evaluation, monitoring and supervision of programs; developing training material, evidence-based assessment and policy analysis; with training, support and provision of peer-to-peer mental and behavioral health support programs in large organizations/corporations; proven ability to manage a diverse mental health and behavioral clinical team addressing various patient presentations; and clinical experience with telepsychology. Desirable: working knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian language(s); additional training or certification in stress management, traumatic stress, conflict resolution, debriefing, teambuilding, alcohol/substance abuse, cross cultural psychology or psychiatry, etc.; prior experience in or knowledge of Eastern Europe; and experience with the OSCE, UN or other international organizations, etc. The OSCE is committed to diversity and inclusion within its workforce.
