Corden IT Department Overview
The Corden Information Technology (IT) Department maintains and provides support for IT operations used by our multi-site business customers. Repeatable IT services are designed and built to reduce costs and cycle times, eliminate failures, meet regulatory requirements, and improve customer satisfaction.
As a regulated Pharmaceutical Company, IT services must align with FDA and EMEA regulatory standards, be tailored to meet specific internal and/or client contract requirements, and align with the IT products / services with our parent company ICIG.
Examples of IT services we provide include, operations for communications, networks, data centers, applications, enterprise IT systems and application support, help desk and end user services, end user device management, asset management, patch management, release management, desktop management, and server and storage management.
 
Job Description - Information Technology Intern
The Corden IT Intern is responsible for assisting the department and our customers with integrated IT service solutions that will ensure proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected and meet regulatory standards.
Assistance may include one of more of the following: Configuring and validating secure systems and physical controls, responsive service management to IT local / global system, and general maintenance of site systems to detect security, process, and/or data integrity weakness.

Qualifications
To be considered for the Intern program students must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at any degree level and meet the following requirements:
Required Skills
·        Majoring in Computer Science, Industrial System Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
·        Some past leadership experience
·        Community and/or campus involvement
·        Strong technical skills including understanding of software development principles
·        U.S. Citizenship preferred
·        Ability to live / work in the Boulder Colorado metro area for up to 30hrs / week during the semester
