Essential Functions
This graduate assistant is responsible for assisting with exercise physiology related laboratory research, community outreach, and teaching assistance. Individual and small group instruction is emphasized. Community outreach includes assisting with exercise testing, fitness programs, and education for community members through the fitness center. Additionally, this individual will assist with faculty research and develop their own research related to exercise physiology. The stipend includes remission of 12 hours of tuition per semester.

Additional Duties
Other duties related to your appointment may be assigned in the course of your employment.

Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Health, Physical Education, Exercise Science, Biomechanics, Recreation, or related field; undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher recommended; and the completion of the graduate application.
