IPS Security Inc. is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our NYC team. Your role as an HR Coordinator will be an intricate part of the NYC Operations. As an HR Coordinator you will be required to provide support and organization to the Operations team. In order to be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, ability to independently work, and strong administrative skills. As an HR Coordinator to the NYC office, you will joining a rapidly growing security company who strives on providing exceptional customer service and support to their employees.
$22.00 per hour : Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
  • Preform receptionist duties, such as answering the phone and taking messages.
  • Manage employee files and documentation.
  • Partner with the Director of HR to recruit effectively.
  • Hold interviews and process employees in conjunction with the Operations team.
  • Support the Operations team on all administrative functions.
  • Assist with managing benefits for NYC employees.
  • Run and maintain HR reporting.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be able to work Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm
  • Must have strong receptionist and communication skills.
  • Must have strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have an interest in the HR field and/or is pursuing a degree in HR.
