2021 Summer Sales & Marketing Intern (Remote)

As of today, we expect that our 2021 summer interns will join us remotely, working from home along with the rest of our team, until we are able to return to our offices. If we are able to reopen our offices in a timely manner, summer interns will have the opportunity to join us in our New Orleans or Oklahoma City office or to continue working remotely from home.

We are looking for a sales & marketing intern(s) to join our New Orleans or Oklahoma City or office. The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will have the opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of sales, marketing and business development.

As a sales & marketing intern, you will:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing assets, etc.
  • Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers
  • Assist with development and execution of events
  • Assist with updating and maintaining websites and related tools
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
  • Prepare presentations
  • Enter, update and edit contact information into contact management systems

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Current undergraduate student in a marketing, advertising, sales or a related discipline
  • Must be on track to graduate in December 2021 - May 2023
  • A track record of strong academic performance
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Ability to work at least 30 hours per week during the summer
  • Ability to work at least 10 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters (optional but strongly preferred)
  • Possess a strong work ethic and be able to learn quickly in a brisk paced environment
  • Advanced aptitude for problem solving and multitasking
  • Detail oriented, organized, diligent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of and experience with modern marketing strategies and tools i.e. Hubspot
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
