St. John Paul II Catholic Academy seeks a Part-Time School Administrative Assistant to join their staff in Menominee, MI! As a School Administrative Assistant, you will take direction from the principal to assist with administrative duties in a Christ-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate for this position conducts themselves with a high degree of responsibility and confidentiality. This position works 2 – 3 days a week with the potential to become full-time in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phones.
- Responding to emails.
- Filing documents.
- Scheduling.
- Assisting the principal and teachers with administrative tasks.
- Other duties as needed.
