Position Summary (main focus: lab work, up to 20 hrs/wk with possibility to work more hours in the summer)
The Student Assistant (SA) will work within the School of Medicine, Division of Rheumatology. The SA will join the research team of Nirmal Banda, PhD.
 
The SA will perform lab work and order lab supplies and will learn advanced techniques.
 
This SA should have outstanding attention to detail, be able to accurately record and enter data, and be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with investigators and other team members. Activities will be conducted at the Barbara Davis Center at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.

Minimum Requirements
·      Must be enrolled in school in a BA/MD or BA/DDS or Pre-Med programs

The SA will report to Nirmal Banda, PhD.

Pay Rate
This position will be paid at a rate of $20.00/hour
