4.     Employee Handbook- I have resources to start this so not totally from scratch

5.     Research HR and leadership trainings for MT and employees to attend

6.     Create Diversity/Inclusion, Harassment training certificates (would just fill in the participant’s name and save in HR files)

7.     Culture/event planning for Longmont office while here for the summer
