The Scholarship and Donor Relations Editor will work with the Walter Scott Jr., College of Engineering Scholarship Coordinator, and the Development Operations Coordinator to download, format, and edit an average of 500 thank you letters from the student recipients to the donors of the scholarship awards.

Types of duties performed:
-         Gain access to database of completed surveys and student photos and download materials accordingly
-         Merge all survey materials into one word document per student
-         Edit an average of 500 thank you letters
-         Add relevant material from online database
Skills required:
-         Ability to download, merge, and format word documents from an online database.
-         Professional editing
-         Ability to meet deadlines
-         Ability to gain feedback from Scholarship Coordinator and Development Operations Coordinator and adjust work accordingly
-         Self Motivated
-         Strong Communication Skills
Job Requirements:
-         Must be available to work an average of 15 hours per week between start date and start of the Fall semester, August 22nd.
-         Must be available to work an average of 4 hours per week between August 22nd and October 15th.
Preferred Requirements:
-         Have an English or Writing Major
-         Have prior editing experience
