How you’ll make an impact
As the Associate Personnel Specialist, you’ll use innovative tools like Kronos to review and analyze Requests for Personnel Action (RPAs), preparing job advertisements, create hire folders and referral packages, and work on special projects meant to help implement innovative hiring process initiatives.
