Sr. Electrical Engineer
As a senior design engineer, this position is responsible for providing technical leadership in customer discovery, technology innovation, and system architectural development which then maps to product design requirements. Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Will be responsible for electrical design implementation, integration and test in support of successful system solution validation and product introduction to the marketplace. Works in a cross-functional team environment requiring good communication skills; will serve as a mentor to junior engineers and may have a supervisory role. Drawing upon design experience, this role will provide guidance on project development timelines, resource loading and best practices for developing a quality solution.
