We are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Accounting Technician (Accounting Technician 3) in the Financial Services Unit – Accounting Section of our Office of Finance and Information Technology (OFIT). This is a limited duration position scheduled to end June 30, 2022 with a possibility to extend based on funding availability.
What you will do!
As our Accounts Payable Accounting Technician, you will process accounts payable and grant payments, such as Child Care provider grant payments, recurring payments – phone bill, utilities, County payments - Early Learning and Youth Development, balance transfers to other state agencies and various purchase Order payments. Overall, you will assist the Accounts Payable Coordinator with ensuring electronic filing is complete.
