Learning and Diversity Intern
This Learning and Diversity Intern will immerse themselves into various aspects of Learning and Diversity strategies and learn all aspects of our business, preparing them with experience needed to have a rewarding career in Learning and Diversity!
The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for Diversity Equity and Inclusion. This person has an interest in developing learning opportunities for others in the areas of professional development, career advancement, and performance management.
You will work closely with the VP of Learning and Diversity to build a world-class learning and diversity program during your internship and beyond.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform internal and external research and audit of internal wiki pages and existing learning materials
- Engage with our 3rd party learning/training vendors and partners as well as look for opportunities to bring in-house
- Assist in the development of training presentations, learning materials, coordinate presentations, manage agendas, and the distribution of materials
- Act as liaison between Learning and Diversity and our team member networks in the facilitation of events and programming
- Gather data, materials, and all relevant information within the Learning and Diversity universe
- Assist VP of Learning and Diversity in the promotion of company’s learning and diversity program
Preferred Qualifications
- This is a full-time internship (35-40 hours per week)
- Be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities and an interest in professional growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented required
- Strong writing skills are a must
- The term will last at least three months
