Job Title: Project Coordinator- Bill Shuster
Time: 10 hours/week
Job Requirements
·        Help plan out alumni nights, speaker series, case study competitions and other corporate sponsored events (here is where the communication skills fit in, as you will be the primary contact)
·        Career Passport Series
·        Maintain, update, and enhance website ( )
·        You will own these events (cool, huh?)
·        Coordinate corporate visitors (SCM and Consulting Practicums), as well as speakers
·        Work with reports and coordinating the details for these events
·        Online researching
·        Assisting with office duties (copies, file maintenance, and other duties assigned)
·        It is probably split 40/60 between external event planning and internal work
·        Projects – agreed upon initiatives that match your strengths to office needs. Non-inclusive examples include: external communications, LinkedIn management, marketing, operational efficiency processes etc…
·        Job is 10 hours/week
·        Office location is in Rockwell Hall
