As a member of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Storage Culture and Transformation Office, you have a unique opportunity to support transformational programs that foster a highly motivated, team member-centric culture. The HPE Storage organization is on the cutting edge of HPE development, driving high-margin growth for the company. The HPE Storage portfolio includes all-flash & hybrid storage, collaborative platforms, big data, hyperconverged infrastructure, and primary storage solutions. We are focused on capturing emerging markets and driving innovation to help our customers.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be working closely with the HPE Storage leadership team and human resources to assess feedback from our team members to develop programs, tools, resources, and incentives to recruit, retain, and develop team members.

We are looking for an energetic, creative team member with exceptional verbal and written communication and program management skills. The ideal candidate delivers continuous results in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with immediate and extended team members, and feels comfortable working in a high-visibility role.

Responsibilities include:
    * Help support employee engagement programs to inspire and develop team members
    * Prepare and deliver all associated communication deliverables (slides, organizational messages, infographics etc.) that support our culture programs
    * Participate in team meetings, coordinate reviews, and ensure feedback is addressed and incorporated into transformational program deliverables
    * Proactively communicate program changes and flag issues to leads and managers

Qualifications:
    * High-level of professional and business judgment when communicating with cross-functional teams including engineers, managers, and executives
    * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    * Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
    * Comfortable working in a technical environment
    * Team player willing to leverage and share best practices

Requirements:
    * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or Human Resources
    * Relevant experience and/or participation in meaningful extracurricular activities
    * Experienced in making presentations (both verbal and written) to key stakeholders
    * Experienced in MS Office and initial experienced in project work (university and non-university wise)

Hourly: $18.00 - $24.50
