Technical Support Specialist

Position Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work as a trusted and motivated member of our Industrial Measurements global technical support team. The position is located at our office in Woburn, MA. 

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will help our customers with various technical questions related to our products and applications, provide support over the phone and through email, as well as deliver end-user training.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional second line technical support to our global customers
  • Conducting primarily remote customer training sessions with possible on-site customer training involving overnight travel
  • Actively contributing to and promoting the use of best practices and continual service improvement within the team
  • Ensuring the level of service hits the key performance indicator targets
 

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles
  • BSc. or MSc. in Technology
  • Metrology, IT infrastructure, process industry, automation, and application understanding, preferably in a GxP environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English, other languages
