Human Resources Consultant - LGBTQIA+ (Human Resources Analyst III) - Limited Term

The Bureau of Human Resources is seeking a Human Resources Consultant – LGBTQIA+ to join their team! 
 
The Human Resources Consultant - LGBTQIA+ reports to the Employee Relations Manager or the Employee Relations Supervisor, and provides support to their assigned City Bureau(s) as well as subject matter expertise to their CONSULTANT colleagues. The incumbent will be a thought leader, addressing systemic issues, customizing solutions and tailoring employee relations support to improve the experience of people identifying as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex and Two-Spirit within the City's workforce understanding the history of institutional oppression, transphobia and homophobia. 
 
This is a Limited Duration position.
