Data Provisioning Administrator

Intrado is looking to hire a Data Provisioning Administrator in Longmont, CO to join our Life & Safety team.
Essential Duties:
  • Perform data provisioning and database management activities to support operations in adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Support and maintain all database table assignments
  • Load data into appropriate system and provide on-going database maintenance
  • Insert and maintain records utilizing all products and tools necessary
  • Research and resolve errors resulting from processing records and LEC (Local Exchange Carrier) and PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) inquiries
  • Support troubleshooting efforts, adjusting necessary data elements as necessary
  • Refer non-related data discrepancies to proper point of escalation
  • Identify and implement solutions and corrective actions with external customers
  • Create and trac data processing and individual tasks on assigned provisioning platforms, regions, or accounts
  • Provide on-going status reports on project team members to management and ensure data issues are followed through to completion and communicate resolution results
  • Utilize operational tools (e.g., Quos, helpdesk tickets, applications, etc.) to continuously monitor provisioning timelines, daily tasks, and assignments in progress
  • Ensure provisioning and deployment schedules are being met and changes are addresses and communicated to the project team in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create and maintain data provisioning issues, supporting documentation, and successful loads are well documented and efficiently organized
Education:
  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science or, information technology, information systems, or a related field required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, information technology, or information systems preferred
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience:    
  • 2+ years project coordination, database management applications, or technical experience preferably in telecommunications or 9-1-1 industry required
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel required
  • Basic knowledge of database applications required
