Spring 2022 Rush Positions in the Bookstore

Temporary Rush Staff for Textbook Preorders, Cashiering, and Customer Service
*Must be an enrolled as a degree seeking student for Spring 2022
*Mandatory training 01/05/22 thru 01/11/22
*Temp assignment ends 02/04/2022** This date was revised on 10/28/21.
*May be considered for employment throughout the Spring 2022 semester. Decision to hire after the temporary assignment expires will be based upon store need, applicant availability, and job performance during the temporary assignment.
*Mandatory training starts 01/05/22. Only apply if you can commit and be present in the Bookstore to fill job requirements.
*Shifts vary between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Some weekend hours are mandatory.
*When classes start, shifts will be assigned around your class schedule.
*Interviews will be scheduled in November and part of December 2021.
*Due to volume of applicants, questions can only be answered via email.
*As the dorms will not be open during the start of the assignment, please arrange for alternate living arrangements. No exceptions.
*You will be expected to work the first week of classes and possibly the second week.

·        Assisting Customers VWC
·        Answering Phones VWC
·        Straightening Merchandise PA
·        Carrying Books IT
·        Fulfilling Textbook Preorders (Regular lifting required) PA
·        Creating a fun place for students, faculty, staff, and guests to shop. GA
