Laboratory Assistant – Coupled systems modelling lab – Powerhouse campus

Job Description:

·      Seeking a self-motivated and organized student employee to aid with the startup of the Coupled Systems Modelling lab at the Powerhouse campus and research on bio-energy opportunities

·      Available for 5-10 hours/week, maximum 150 hours

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

·      Identify and aid with purchasing of laboratory equipment

·      Deploy and configure lab equipment and setup cognition testing stations

·      Research and assess bio-energy generation opportunities from agricultural feedstocks

 

·      Knowledge of chemical and biological processes of anaerobic wastewater systems

·      Current undergraduate in Chemical and Biological Engineering

·      Awarded work study
