Position Overview
Under general supervision, serves as a payroll/timekeeping technician for Mabley Developmental Center. Monitors and enters employee daily attendance sheets into the computerized payroll system. Resolves outstanding time issues. Processes timekeeping and payroll related functions. Maintains employee payroll records. Administers and monitors the Mabley Center Trust Funds which includes the individuals Trust Fund, Special Trust Fund, Amusement Fund and locally held funds.
Job Responsibilities
1. Serves as a payroll/timekeeping technician for Mabley Developmental Center.
2. Administers and monitors the Mabley Center Trust Funds which includes the individuals Trust
Fund, Special Trust Fund, Amusement Fund and locally held funds.
3. Administers and monitors the Commodity Control System by justifying vouchers, invoices and
requisitions.
4. Keyboards orders for delivery.
5. Serves as a coordinator of WORKSHOP Accounting records.
6. Administers the General Revenue Miscellaneous Collections for Mabley Center with that of
DHS Central Office.
7. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the
duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of two years of college and completion of an approved training course.
OR
Requires three years of related clerical bookkeeping experience.
Conditions of Employment
