How do I make an impact on my team?
Our innovative Conference Services Manager will enjoy creating and ensuring a memorable event experience for our guests. 
  • Create Banquet Event Orders and floors plans for client events
  • Plan and review all event details with client to ensure successful event execution
  • Coordinate food and beverage orders and deliveries
  • Convey accurate Banquet Event Order information regarding final head counts, set up requirements and menu items to Conference Center management
  • Work with the culinary team, banquet team and audio-visual manager to make sure all client needs are met
  • Ensure overall set up and execution of events and meetings
 
What does success look like in this role?
  • Experience in food and beverage, event set-up, and basic audio visual equipment
  • Related college degree or related work experience
  • Optimistic self-starter with high degree of drive, motivation and initiative
  • Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion
  • Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and organized 
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting 
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Teamwork and cooperation
