Revenue Management Analyst Internship - Department of Parks and Recreation

Denver Parks and Recreation is currently seeking a Revenue Management Analyst Intern to support DPR Golf through December 2022 with a possibility of extended into 2023. The intern within this role will be responsible for analyzing data from our Point of Sale and Tee Sheet system along with market and other data to make suggestions regarding price optimization. This position will also be responsible for analytical thinking to determine opportunities, prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analysis, synthesize findings and draw conclusions from analyses and provide oral/written recommendations to upper management.

Must be able to work and be in the state of Colorado for the experience.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Completion of two years of college and current enrollment in a college program leading to a Bachelor’s degree or higher is hospitality or revenue management.
  • Has completed classwork in Revenue Management & Analytics
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Price Optimization or Yield Management software
  • Experience with Power BI or a similar software
  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or closely related field

  • Licenses and certifications must be kept current as a condition of employment
