VWP & Stormwater Program Manager
The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Valley Regional Office, seeks an experienced individual to manage all aspects of the VRO Virginia Water Protection (VWP) and Construction Stormwater programs. This position provides leadership, direction and guidance to staff; ensures compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, policies and procedures; and oversees unit budget development and allocation of staff resources, funds and equipment. This position works with clients to resolve issues efficiently, openly, fairly and consistently.
