· Cardinal Intellectual Property is seeking a part-time Sales Support Coordinator. This position curates, updates and maintains vital selling-related information of clients and prospects used in real-time by Cardinal sales managers.
· The position offers the opportunity to gain knowledge of the legal industry in relation to law firms and attorneys including legal terminology and the intellectual property legal practice.
· 10 to 25 hours per week; remote online work
Responsibilities:
· Learn the structure and terminology of the intellectual property legal segment to accurately update and curate client and prospect target information
· Develop expertise with Salesforce™, the leading customer relationship mgmt. (CRM) tool
· Develop expertise with LinkedIn™, the leading professional and career social media platform
· Via Salesforce, update current and accurate content for real-time access by sales team
Requirements:
· Current College student (undergraduate)
· A curious and diligent approach to update and curate content and ensure its integrity
· Moderate-level skill in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and LinkedIn
