Research Assistant
The Henao Lab is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Henao Laboratory in the Department of Microbiology, Immunology & Pathology. Responsibilities include but are not limited to restocking lab supplies, washing and autoclaving dishes, preparing media and homogenate tubes, cleaning equipment, and helping with projects.
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, documented laboratory experience (teaching lab can suffice), knowledge of standard computer applications, and the ability to work independently as a member of a large and diverse research team.
