Brooksource Account Executive - Louisville, KY

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Eight Eleven Group Account Executive, you will take a relationship-driven, client-focused, consultative approach, taking time to understand how you can add value to the client organization. You will market our services and manage our client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategically identify new business opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct out of office client and prospective client meetings
  • Prepare and present persuasive service proposals
  • Negotiate billing rates and business terms with potential and existing clients
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients through client meetings, presentations, and other out-of-office events and activities
  • Consult with clients on the talent acquisition process, making appropriate inquiries to gain an understanding of client needs
  • Facilitate the placement process in collaboration with our talent delivery team
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of our clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services to Clients, including proactively addressing and resolving issues that arise, as well as investigating and addressing service and performance issues
  • Utilize an understanding of employment laws to facilitate EEG and client compliance
