Nature Of Work:
Monitoring the hardware, software and printed materials within the UCA Computer Lab and Performing Arts Library. This includes responsibility for and checking in and out equipment and resources, troubleshooting minor software and hardware issues, reporting problems, and enforcing lab policies. Dependability is critical to success in these positions. This position offers around 10 hours a week. We are looking to hire 4 students for this position and would like the new employee to start within the first few weeks of the fall semester.

Some Examples Of Work:
- Check in and out books, headphones, scripts, sheet music, etc.
- Load paper and toner in printers
- Work on special projects within the lab
- Answer minor questions, on the telephone and in person
- Enforce lab policies (no food or drink allowed, etc.)
- Keep the lab area clean
- Monitor general security in the lab and ensure that social distancing rules are upheld.
-Cleaning computers on a regular basis with cleaning solution between users
