Description of Job
The salary range for this posting is -
$23.27 - $28.93 Hourly
$1,861.38 - $2,314.04 Biweekly
$4,033.00 - $5,013.75 Monthly
$48,396.00 - $60,165.00 Annually

This position serves as a member of the Data and Technology Team, which supports the Division of Oil and Public Safety by implementing and managing the various technology and data initiatives within the Division including Salesforce, Conga, AppSheet, Google, and Microsoft Access. Additionally, this position will work to gather necessary requirements and document them as appropriate. 

Tangible work products to include: 

  • Completing user maintenance including adding new users, amending existing accounts, checking system permissions on user profiles, and resetting user permissions. 
  • Managing data consumed by AppSheet, Microsoft Access DB, and Salesforce application from source systems via Data Loader, API, etc.
  • Building reports and dashboards that expose the wealth of information from data.
  • Coordinate and produce technical documentation for the Data and Technology team as well as training materials such as handouts, release notes, and user-update notifications for technical and non-technical users. Participate in training activities for staff.
  • Assisting with the deployment of new objects and changes to the system, participating in test cases and package development
  • Suggest ways for the multiple platforms' features and capabilities to improve manual or automated processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Substitutions:
Appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Education and Experience:
Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position to include any combination of: Salesforce Experience, professional data entry, and management/inventory of physical technology assets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Public safety experience.
  • Tech support background.
