The RMSMC Housekeeper is a staff member that takes initiative and is responsible for overseeing the cleaning of the RMSMC offices located in the Lory Student Center. The housekeeper helps keep a comfortable and clean workspace for RMSMC staff and guests.

The job entails:

·        Consolidating all trash and recycling and moving to dumpsters.

·        Dusting, cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and equipment

·        Washing windows and other glass work

·        Vacuuming and cleaning carpets

·        Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums and other cleaning tools

·        Tidying up rooms and offices

·        Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed

·        Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements as needed

The position requires a commitment of 10 hours per week of work-related duties when school is in session. Paid training hours in Spring and or Summer 2023and some summer hours are available if applicant is available.

Pay Rate: $17.00 an hour. Work Study is required. If you do not have Need Based Work Study, you will be required to apply for and receive Non-Need Work Study in Spring 2023.

Hours are somewhat flexible, with early morning, Friday evening, and weekend hours preferred.
