Part-time consulting position to support testing demodulation of QPSK and 8PSK signals collected from a Software Defined Radio (SDR).  Must have familiarity with Matlab Communications Toolbox and expertise in particular with optimizing comm.SymbolSynchronizer to extract signals in the presence of noise.  Can work remotely but must be a US citizen.
