Principal Purpose of Job:

To provide guests with the ability to set up all outlet activity with one person and customize their visit to best satisfy their needs and expectations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist all guests with dining, activities, and other recreational reservations prior to their arrival and throughout their stay by answering all calls and emails regarding guest activities, following department and Ranch policies and procedures. Make sure all special requests are added to guest folio, work with food and beverage to arrange for reservations and special requests, work with activities and events to book guest reservations and special requests, accounting and billing, be able to assist with checking guests in and out, be knowledgeable about other departments, be aware of guests and Ranch issues.

 

Other Duties: Assist the General Manager, Director of Lodging and Guest Services Manager and other management at the Front Desk. Complete special projects as requested by either.  This job description is an overview of the scope of responsibilities for the Concierge position and is not intended to be an inclusive list of job tasks and expectations.  With the evolution of Devil’s Thumb Ranch the responsibilities of this position may change. 

 

Personal Attributes: Should be outgoing and friendly, enjoy working with the public and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Work well alone or with other team members. Dress accordingly employee handbook dress code with complete uniform and carry a good attitude.  Be flexible to the needs of the department and the Ranch.
