Natural Resources is looking for a Parks Restroom Cleaner to join our Carter Lake team!

Natural Resources manages Larimer County's great outdoor places, including open spaces and magnificent water-based recreation areas, and fosters responsible land stewardship through weed management and healthy forest practices.

Our mission is to establish, protect, and manage significant regional parks and open lands by providing quality outdoor recreational opportunities and stewardship of natural resource values. This is a temporary position. This position requires some work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Specifically, this position:

  • Performs general upkeep and cleaning of campgrounds and park facilities.
  • Operates a variety of light equipment including pressurized sprayer.
  • Advises park users of recreational opportunities and park regulations.
  • Performs other duties as appropriate or necessary for performance of the job.

We are looking for a candidate that will:

  • Have experience in general janitorial experience.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Use proper safety precautions.
  • Greet park visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and helpful manner.

 

Qualifications

All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Three (3) months of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License preferred.

Supplemental Information
