Seeking a graduate student employee to assist with projects in the Systems Thinking for Obesity Prevention (STOP) lab. This is an hourly position that would be available on an as needed basis.

Essential Responsibilities

1) development of and following protocols and procedures for project evaluation.

 2.) submitting requests for CSU IRB for project activities and annual reports.

 3.) coordinating and implementing quantitative and qualitative data collection and entry through training and supervision of research team (graduate and undergraduate students).

 4.) managing project datasets, ensuring their integrity; 5.) involvement in data analysis and interpretation.

 6.) contributing to the development of abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts based on results.

 7.) drafting and submitting reports on research progress and results to funding agency. 

8.) purchasing supplies and confirm monthly project expenditures.  

 

Requirements

-Current graduate student at CSU

-Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrated written communication skills as evidenced by application materials, presentation experience, computer skills, demonstrated ability to do detailed work, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

-Previous research experience desired
