Inside Sales Specialist

Position Responsibilities
 

 

  • Create target prospect lists from analysis of website visits, marketing activities, social media
     
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities through outbound calls, social media and emails
     
  • Conduct introductory presentations to prospects and hand off to sales
     
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
     
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and follow up with sales progress
     
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product messaging and sales strategies
     
  • Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate value proposition.
     
  • Regularly report on Key Performance Metrics to measure success
     
  • Stay current with company’s products, services, and promotions

     


Requirements

Location

  • Fort Collins, Northern Colorado Area or Remote
  • Relocation assistance available

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field is a plus.
     

Experience

 

  • 0-3 years of sales or marketing experience
     
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
     
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
     
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho
     
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
     
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
