Position Responsibilities
- Create target prospect lists from analysis of website visits, marketing activities, social media
- Generate new sales leads and opportunities through outbound calls, social media and emails
- Conduct introductory presentations to prospects and hand off to sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and follow up with sales progress
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product messaging and sales strategies
- Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate value proposition.
- Regularly report on Key Performance Metrics to measure success
- Stay current with company’s products, services, and promotions
Requirements
Location
- Fort Collins, Northern Colorado Area or Remote

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field is a plus.
Experience
- 0-3 years of sales or marketing experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
