Internship Duration: June 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
Internship Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week
Internship Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced data engineers to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
• Assist in the development and optimization of ETL processes for both batch and real-time data processing.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, and implementing data validation checks.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of our data warehouse and analytics infrastructure.
• Participate in collaborative projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Databricks, PySpark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
