We are currently seeking a dependable and self-sufficient candidate to become part of our team at The Solaris Residences. As a Night Auditor, you will hold a pivotal role, overseeing property operations from 11 PM to 7 AM. This dynamic position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including Front Desk duties, Bellperson tasks, Valet services, occasional minor housekeeping or maintenance requests, and recording the day's financial transactions.

Duties Include:

• Conducting nightly audits of in-house, departure, and arrival guest ledgers.
• Reviewing folios and billing statements for departing guests.
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs through our Property Management System (PMS).
• Providing assistance and services to meet guest requests and needs.
• Handling guest vehicles and luggage.

Location: Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part-Time - Year-Round

Pay Rate: $26/hour + $1,000 sign-on bonus! (Half paid after 90 days, half paid after 180 days)

Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays preferred, with some flexibility available. This part-time position offers the potential for additional hours based on schedule and availability.

Minimum Requirements 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Record.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but we are open to considering the right candidate.
• Professional communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy. Ability to multi-task and display organizational skills. Ability to work independently.
