Undergraduate student research assistant - Fletcher Lab

Job description:

The Psychology Department is seeking a Paid undergraduate research assistant position for an NSF grant to study how people become aware of their health and wellbeing benefits at work and what the impacts of these benefits are.  

Job duties:

Main responsibilities would include meeting with PIs to plan and report on activities, assistant graduate students with literature searches, qualitative coding of participant interviews, recruiting participants via phone and e-mail.  

Other responsibilities may include taking on roles on other data collection efforts if the 10 hours aren't being hit, working on data analysis, submitting data to a conference (depending on timing of data collection completion).

Required skills:

Communication, data management, Qualtrics, literature review, research methodology and ethics, R and Excel data analysis.  

Preferred skills:

Psychological measurement, statistics, qualitative coding experience.  

Hourly pay rate:  $20/hour
