Part-Time Contract Full-Stack Developer (1099) – AI/ML Integration

Role Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual—be it a recent college graduate, a current student with relevant experience, or an early-career developer—with a passion for full-stack development. In this independent contractor role, you'll work collaboratively with our internal team and external partner developers to integrate AI/ML models and develop scalable web applications. This position is fully remote with flexible hours, allowing you to manage your own schedule as long as project deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Integration & Development:
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into partner platforms.
 - Develop and maintain both internal and customer-facing tools.
 
 - 
Collaboration:
- Work closely with our data science team (DATUM) and partner developers.
 - Participate in a multi-disciplinary team environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
 
 - 
Technical Execution:
- Ensure high-quality code with proper documentation and testing.
 - Follow best practices in software development and agile methodologies.
 
 
Required Technical Skills:
- 
Backend & API Development:
- Python: Experience with Python frameworks and libraries.
 - Node.js: Building scalable server-side applications.
 
 - 
Frontend & Frameworks:
- Next.js: Developing server-rendered React applications.
 - HTML/CSS & JavaScript (ES6+): Fundamental web development skills.
 
 - 
Database Management:
- Postgres DB: Experience in designing and managing relational databases.
 
 - 
Cloud Platforms:
- AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on multiple cloud environments.
 
 - 
Development Tools:
- Postman: For API testing and development.
 - Yarn: Managing project dependencies.
 - Git: Version control and collaboration using Git (GitHub/GitLab preferred).
 
 
Additional Skills and Attributes:

UI/UX Design:
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Sketch is a plus.

Modern Web Practices:
- Understanding of RESTful API design, responsive design principles, and web accessibility standards.

Development Methodologies:
