Job Description

Seeking a self-motivated, multitasking, organized, student employees to assist faculty advisors with organizing, and participating in, activities related to Colorado Agricultural Lending Leaders (CALL) activities. This may include job shadows, farm and industry tours, and professional networking. Students will participate in the completion of a group project that involves a combination of applying technical knowledge of business topics, professional communication, and professional networking. Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed 6 credits in Agricultural and Resource Economics (AREC) coursework related to agricultural business.

Required Skills

  • Must be a currently enrolled in or have completed 6 credits in Agricultural and Resource Economics (AREC) coursework.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, be punctual, and communicate changes in work schedule
  • Ability to work inclusively in a diverse setting

Preferred Skills

  • Enrolled in or have completed 9 credits in Agricultural and Resource Economics (AREC) coursework.
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in and/or career aspirations in agricultural business.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines with successful completion of work
