Support Services Representative

Join Our Team as a Support Services Representative!
Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We’re looking for a dynamic, full-time Support Services Representative to join our Retail Furniture Inventory Management Software division.


In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients rely on for support, guidance, and solutions. As part of our fast-paced Call Center Support Team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for every customer interaction. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to be self-motivated and perform effectively under minimum supervision. This position requires a person who takes pride in the commitment to their customers while exercising a high degree of professionalism.

 

What a day in the life looks like:
•    Deliver high-quality customer support through effective case and call management.
•    Take full ownership of support calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.
•    Troubleshoot and test issues across various software versions to resolve client concerns.
•    Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and implement solutions.
•    Conduct thorough QA testing of RETAILvantage software before release dates.
•    Educate clients to improve their user experience and build product loyalty.

 

What you bring to the team:
•    Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
•    Proven customer service and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
•    Comfortable with Office Suite, Windows OS, and general computer use.
•    Adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•    Self-motivated team player with a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
•    Experience or familiarity with basic accounting concepts, accounting software, and QA testing.

Base Salary 45K
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity. *This role comes with an additional bonus commensurate to the level of the role in the organization.
